Lionel’s leaving party
On May 29th, 2009
After 18 months of good service in Florida, it’s time for Lionel to leave us and to go back in France. For this event, we had a great diner with the team in our favorite steak house and then, we had drinks with Mike in every single bar in St Pete. I will definitely remember your face bro’ at the end of that night :)

Looking for the best Key Lime Pie
On May 4th, 2009
My family are here since a week now so we decided to go to Key West in order to visit Florida a little bit. And this time, I don’t want to drive all day long from Tampa so I think this is the opportunity to go by boat thanks to Key West Express.
So funny, the first night I told them to try a Key Lime Pie because this is the best dessert in town and they will never find something like that somewhere else. The thing is I never try a real Key Lime Pie from Key West, neither those from Key Lime Pie Factory.
I like Key Lime Pies in France so it should be good. Actually, it wasn’t because it was too sweet and I didn’t trust them before to try it myself. You can now imagine my face with the first bite…
But anyway, Key Lime Pies still rock!

Meat lover in a Brazilian Restaurant
On January 30th, 2009
Oh my god! There is no word to say how good is this restaurant! Pampa Palo Alto It’s an all you can eat with a lot of various meats: the rodizio
Our rodizio style of service allows you to sample an unlimited quantity of our chef’s selection of the highest quality local meats, spit-roasted to perfection on our Brazilian churrasco grill. As part of the rodizio, you also have unlimited access to our side bar, which offers seasonal vegetables, composed salads, artisan cheeses, and myriad Brazilian accompaniments. All of our produce and ingredients represent the freshest local ingredients and respectful treatment of food.
So the thing is on each table, you have a big coin with a red side and a green side. When you put it on the green side, waiters keep going to serve meats on your table. So to stop that, just put on the red side. And if you want more, you can put it again on the green side :)
I would like to say a big thanks to my “new family” lol yeah because they are so kind with me that I would like to stay in SF forever lol seriously, I really had fun this night, it was awesome!

The best burger on the West Coast
On January 29th, 2009
Everybody who have ever been in the US always told me about the best burger ever: In-N-Out Burger. But they forgot to mention that this fast food only existed on the West Coast lol I’ve ever been to California before but I don’t remember the taste at all! So I have the opportunity to go in San Francisco for a week (see my previous post about the convention) and thanks to my friend Hemary, she took me to this fast food! The menu is easy, you only have 3 burgers (Hamburger, Cheeseburger and Double-Double for double meat/double cheese) with French Fries lol but in the burger, you have a yummie sauce which is called “animal style”! It mades with mayonnaise, ketchup, and finely chopped vegetables (pickles, onions, peppers and green olives). And you can have it on your fries with cheese :)
After this delicious meal, we went to Burlingame Downtown for a dessert!
