This is my place!
For 1000 Square Feet, we have 2 Bedroom with a full bath and a closet each, a kitchen, a living and a dining room, a veranda and a laundry/utility room. The rent is about $1200 with all fees (apartment, water fee, electricity fee, garbage fee, Internet and TV cable fees) for 2 of us.
Outside, we got a Fitness Center (with a TV inside), 2 Swimming pools and a Car Care Center. Great right? :)
And we are very close to work, just about 2 minutes lol

During my flight, I’m going throught Atlanta and I had to wait 3 hours before to go to Tampa. I’m very hungry after 9 hours of flight, so I take a combo at a fast food (don’t remember the name), and I forget that they have Dr Pepper, my favourite drink! The first sip was so good after 4 years!
Le Guide du Routard, a French editorial on travel and tourism, said there is a soda like a roat beer that you taste once but not twice… Guess what they are talking about? :-?

I would like to introduce the city that I’m going to live for 18 months: Tampa Bay
Tampa is Florida’s third most populous city, and its chief treasure is its diversity. The city today combines elements of the Italian, Spanish, Indian, Cuban, and African American cultures that reflect its historical development and give Tampa a cosmopolitan flair. Its warm, sunny weather, Gulf Coast location, abundant labor supply, and spirit of cooperation between the public and private sectors have made it a very attractive choice for companies wishing to expand or relocate.
Located midway down Florida’s west coast, about 25 miles east of the Gulf of Mexico, Tampa is bordered on the south and west by the Hillsborough and Old Tampa bays. Downtown is divided by the winding Hillsborough River, which originates northeast of the city and empties into Hillsborough Bay. The city’s year-round semitropical climate is free from many of the extremes found elsewhere. Its most remarkable feature is the summer thunderstorm season. On an average of ninety days from June through September, late afternoon thundershowers sweep across the area, making Tampa one of the stormiest cities in the United States.

So take care of you guys and hope to see you soon. Maybe you will enjoy a trip in the Sunshine State :)
A special thank to my sister Aline and my cousin Sylvie for preparing a surprise dinner! It was very delightful!

It’s 4 years that I work at Essilor International. It’s my first experience, and it gave me a lot! So I worked 3 years as Operations Analyst in Management Information System, by working on Unix and Microsoft Servers with backup solutions ; and a year as Technical Analyst in Business Intelligence Department, using SAS and Microsoft Technology.
And today, it’s finally my last day… But I get a final oral exam at 5 PM! As an appprentice, you have to present during one hour, your work thought your final report that you wrote before, and my subject is about collaborative working.
I’m so happy that this part of my life is now over. I can move on and start a new beginning! The next step is a VIE Training Mission in Florida (thanks to Renaud & Denis, T-Center’s team rocks yeah), and I’m going to work in Tampa for 18 months at Transitions Optical, Inc. My departure is planned on October, 12th, so it gives me 3 weeks to enjoy with my family and friends…
By the way, I would like to thank everyone who I worked with. It was a pleasure to meet you guys!
